You need your teams, your apps and the AI chatbots people already use to work on the same thing. Little Mapper is the shared memory between them: who has the work, who needs to decide, what the company requires, and what happened.

Another agent

  • Works alone, in its own chat.
  • Serves one person at a time.
  • Needs its own access to every application.
  • Leaves the decision trail inside one conversation.

Little Mapper

  • A shared memory for people, apps and chatbots on the same work.
  • A handoff from ChatGPT lands in a coworker's Claude.
  • Approvals go to the person who can give them.
  • Company rules apply wherever the work happens.

Work together,
wherever you use AI.ChatGPT.Claude.any assistant.

Start work in your chatbot. Hand it to a teammate in theirs. Get the decision from Finance in the app they use. Little Mapper is the shared memory that keeps handoffs, decisions and rules moving with the work, across teams, apps and chatbots.

Coordination that crosses teams, apps and chatbots.

People keep the chatbots and applications they already use. The work moves between them with its owners, its decisions and its history.

Start in one chatbot. Hand it to a teammate in another.

Inputs, outputs and history travel with the work, so a coworker picks up where you stopped without reconstructing your chat.

ready-made rules, from who may approve what to spending limits.

A question stays open until someone decides.

The request goes to the person with the authority, in whatever chatbot or app they use. Discussion is never mistaken for a decision.

OpenApprovedDeclined

Handoffs show whether they were accepted.

Hand work to a coworker on another team, with its context attached. They accept it in their own chatbot, and everyone can see that they did.

Every action across every app, on one record.

Four questions, answered inside your assistant.

  • What needs me?
  • What am I waiting for?
  • What changed?
  • What can I hand over?
1

Start the work in whichever chatbot you are in.

Ask your chatbot to start a piece of work. Little Mapper tells it how the company does that work, which apps you use for what, and which rules apply, then keeps the record as the work happens.

2

Ask for a decision, or hand the work over.

A request for approval stays open until someone with the authority answers. A handoff waits until the other person accepts it. Nobody chases a thread.

3

A teammate picks it up in theirs, with everything intact.

They continue in their own chatbot, with their own apps. Every contribution, decision and reported action lands in one record anyone with access can filter, inspect and export.

Connect your assistant.

Paste this address into ChatGPT, Claude or any chatbot that lets you add a connector. Give a coworker the same address and you are coordinating the same work.

https://littlemapper.com/mcp
  1. Open your assistant's settings, add a connector and paste the address.
  2. Sign in when the assistant asks.
  3. Send the address to a coworker, on your team or another. You now work on the same thing.

What is recorded

Little Mapper records what is submitted to it: what happened, decisions and reported actions. It does not watch your other tools.

A rule that asks for an approval does not prove the approval happened. The record shows what was reported, and example runs are labeled as examples.

Rules, ownership, inventory and the audit log for your company.
